The Boxes

What is inside the box?

Each box is filled with different hand-selected, unique products from around the globe. We have scoured high and low to find the most elegant, high-quality products to fill our boxes. We ship exactly what you see on each product page. On a rare occasion, a particular item is out of stock, we will personally contact you with product options of equal or greater value (and similar aesthetic).

Can I include a note inside my box?

Yes! We will hand-write your personalized note on our 4X4 inch greeting card that you select.

What is the size of each box?

We have 2 box sizes: (noted under each box when you are shopping)

  • Small: 7 x 6 x 4
  • Large: 10 x 8 x 4.

Our boxes are meant to be kept; they’re perfect for keepsakes, trinkets and everything in between. Each gift box will ship inside a shipper box so it stays nice.

Do you include a receipt or any prices inside the box?

We never include receipts or inventory/packing slips inside any of our boxes.

Can I customize a box?

YES! Click under the Build-A-Box section. If this is specific to either Corporate or Wedding, we have separate sections for those services also that you can customize.

Where do you source the box contents?

All items are hand-selected from retailers big, small and somewhere in between. Many of the products are from the United States, but we’ve also incorporated the best products available abroad.

Do the boxes ever change?

Yes. Both products and occasions will change and/or be added. Please keep checking back when you need that special gift box. Is there an occasion we are missing that you think should be added? Please let us know, email hello@bsocialbox.com

The Order Details

How much are shipping costs?

Shipping costs vary depending on the shipping method selected (standard, priority or overnight). Exact prices are listed before the checkout process is complete.

What payment is accepted?

We accept VISA, Discover, Mastercard, AMEX, PayPal, Google Pay, and Shopify Pay.

When can I expect my box to arrive?

Our boxes are shipped within 2-4 business days of order receipt. How long shipment takes depends upon the shipment method selected at checkout. If you select the overnight option, we will fulfill orders placed by 3 EST the same business day, otherwise, they will be fulfilled the next business day. We pack and ship Monday - Friday, 8 AM EST - 8 PM EST.

What if the box arrives early to the recipient, but I don’t want them to open until a specific date?

No worries! There is a "Don't Open Until Sticker" option after selecting your box, please let us know there in the space provided by inserting a specific date and/or occasion. For example: May 24th, or Father's Day

Where do you ship?

We ship to anywhere in the United States.

Can I return or exchange my box?

No, we do not offer returns or exchanges. But, we’re incredibly confident in the quality of our gifts. Your recipient will love it!
